This is a beautiful large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Kardinya. It has a great kitchen, open plan dining and living area. Home has tiled and carpeted floors throughout, ducted air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, large oven, your own large fridge and separate freezer. We're in a great location, close to Murdoch University, Garden city shopping centre and close to Fremantle. Our beach is only 12 minutes drive and same distance to at least a couple of our local gyms.

We have the lovely Beeliar wetlands park across the road. Great for jogging or a casual stroll. Parks have BBQ areas too. We also have a lovely covered outdoor area with. Car parking is available on the road in front and the side of the house. We have a double lock up garage and can fit 2 more cars in the driveway.
