My property is in a quiet cul de sac and is within walking distance of the beach, parkland cafes and is close to Whitfords Shopping Centre and Sorrento Quay /Hillarys Boat Harbour. Public transport is available through the walk way next to the house. There is a newly installed reverse cycle air conditioner with each room having its own zone.The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. There are three living areas which gives us all space... a lounge, family room and a TV/ theatre room with a recently installed 75' smartest/high UHD TV with Netflix and Kayo available. There is a small backyard with a pool and BBQ.The internet is available. I also have Security Cameras installed.

About the occupants
I am a Registered Nurse who works full time in the Country and so I am only here Perth a few nights a week. I am originally from the Country where my husband and I raised our five children on a farm in Dowerin. The farm was recently sold when my husband passed away. I like to keep fit, walk, spend time with family and friends and love my work!!
Craig (41 ) is one of my son's also living here. He works full time, attends the gym and enjoys swimming and running. He is an avid West Coast supporter and has played and coached football in the Country, City and previously coached The Perth Colts.
Izzy (40) is Support Worker from Brazil. She enjoys cooking, the gym, the beach and all outside activities.
Both are easy going, personable and yet respect each others space.
