It is situated in a nice cul de sac street set in a semi-rural environment. Quiet area and neighbours have big block blocks of land.
Only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Shops and water falls can be walked minutes away from home.

I work full time Mondays through Fridays.
My 8 year old son stays with me 9 days a fortnight. I have a partner that lives with us.
We’re fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. But don’t mind a chat every now and then.
There’s a FIFO guy (4:4) that’s hardly home that lives in one of the room.
Will treat my house as if their own and will communicate whatever issues may arise in the household.
