I work full time Mondays through Fridays.
My 8 year old son stays with me 9 days a fortnight. I have a partner that lives with us.
We’re fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. But don’t mind a chat every now and then.

There’s a FIFO guy (4:4) that’s hardly home that lives in one of the room.
Compatible people
I’m mainly looking to rent the room for a FIFO person who knows how to clean up after herself/himself and can get along well with the housemates.
Will treat my house as if their own and will communicate whatever issues may arise in the household.
