Nicki and Max in our late fifties, a couple for the last 3 years, This is my (Max’s)own property, so not a share house, we are progressive lefties working in conservation., and active in other progressive actions. We spend our time between Ferndale and Mt Helena where Nicky’s place is, it would be helpful but not necessary if the tenant would be able to feed the cat on occasion
