Located in the heart of the city, our property is very close to the Red and Yellow CAT bus lines and is within the free transit zone. It is also just one block from the Swan River and has a nearby supermarket. The property offers one bedroom with a balcony and a shared bathroom.
The Additional features include access to a swimming pool, gym, sauna, barbecue area, and a pool table.
We enjoy interacting with our housemates and occasionally like to cook, share a meal, watch something together, or simply have a good conversation. While we're not party people, we do go to the gym and wake up early. We appreciate a clean environment and ask that shared spaces be kept tidy after use.
