Description of the home

My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for a housemate.

I’m 28 years old and I have a room available in 2 x bedroom house in Dianella.

I am a musician and game designer, seeking anyone interested in gaming or music, specifically another musician, who is quiet, responsible and keeps to themselves, also must be cat friendly as I have a cat, and try to keep the cat inside and not let him out, so tenant must be considerate of this. Someone who plays an instrument would be great. Also no drugs or drug users, person must be responsible and follow the law.

$160 per week includes - $130 rent plus $30 utilities (gas, electricity, and internet)

Fully furnished with lounge, fridge and washing machine, dryer, clothesline and outside patio area.

Bedroom for rent is fully furnished with built in wardrobe, shelving, double bed and desk. There is also a power point and TV outlet and chest of drawers.

House has evaporative air conditioning throughout and gas heating in the lounge area. Kitchen has a lot of storage cupboards and gas stove.

There is a shed for storage and car space.
The location is great especially if you work/study in the city or Mount Lawley areas as there is a bus stop very close by, about a 5 minute walk.

Plenty of nature reserves and parks nearby also which brings a nice atmosphere and is great for a walk.

I keep to myself most of the time but can be social once we get to know each other. I am also a musician (drummer) but don’t play often and I will be considerate of your needs while living here noise-wise as I have an electronic drum kit which is what I usually play and is quiet and won’t cause disturbance. I have an acoustic drum kit but don’t play it in the house due to noise restrictions.

NOTE: This lease will be for 6 months initially through Peter Kuhne Real Estate, $520 bond (refundable). 2 weeks rent up front. Pets are possible but will require payment of a pet bond.

There will be routine inspections by the agent every 3 x months.
