I have 2 separate furnished bedrooms available in my house. Both bedrooms are small. One room has a double bed, tv, free to air tv aerial and dvd player, tall boy and side drawers, clothes wardrobe for $300 per week, including bills. The other room has a single bed, tall boy and side drawers, clothes wardrobe for $260 per week, including bills, there is no tv in this bedroom.

There is no WiFi in the house and I don't have any pay TV (I have free to air TV channels). 2 weeks rent paid for bond. You will get all of your bond back on the day you move out if there is no damage to the room or house. 2 weeks rent up front and 2 weeks notice given to move out. Minimum 2 weeks stay. Under cover garage available for 1 car per bedroom. All of my house is fully furnished. Washing machine and dryer free to use in the laundry. One shared bathroom. Full ducted heating and cooling in the whole house and each bedroom. Would suit someone with not much stuff. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. One living area has TV and lounge and one living area has gym equipment lounge. Outside area nice with lot's of trees which are beautiful.
