Short stroll (about 600m)to Claremont IGA, Claremont Quarter, train line, public swimming pool, Revo fitness, Pilates, par 3 golf course and cafes just to name a few! Awesome spot, has everything you need and don’t even need a car.

If outdoor and fitness is your thing, there are great running/walking/bike tracks on your door step!

There are at least 5 cafes within an 600m walk from home!

Claremont Quarter is about 800m down the road or the Claremont train stop which you can be in the heart of the city within 20 minutes.

It’s only 2.5kms to Cottesloe beach arguably the best beach in Perth!!

The sunny balcony looks over back gardens which backs onto the beautiful Claremont reserve park land. Plenty of bird life surrounds this nice quiet apartment block.
Great spot to sit in the morning sun and have a coffee and breakfast.

I’m away roughly half the time as I live half the time in Geraldton, so you get the appartment to your self while I’m not there!
I like to surf, dive and fish. I’m also learning more about garden design and permaculture.

Looking for someone easy going, tidy and happy to water the plants while I’m away!

Can come with a queen bed, just need own linen and doona/pillows.
