Description of the home
Beautiful house right near Whiteman Park reserve. Large private studio space in the backyard. Large outdoor patio area and garden. I'm not much of a gardener so if you want to tinker with it go for your life.
The studio space is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, comfy 2 seater lounge, coffee table and kitchenette area. It has its own large aircon unit, which keeps the space nice and cool in summer and toasty warm in winter. The studio is 19 square meters, big enough for double bed and a small couch to set up your own little lounge space. All you need to bring is your tv preloaded with all your favourite shows.
The studio is completely private, with shared bathroom and laundry in the main house. I do have a dog who very friendly and will take every opportunity she can to show you how adorable she is.
The street is very quiet as it leads to a cul-de-sac, so only local traffic. Friendly neighbours who always offer a wave when they see you. Beautiful big bush reserve at the end of the street and a large park with a pond down the road.
