I bought the house just over a year ago and have been making my way through renovating and redecorating.

My house mate is moving down south after living here just over a year, happy to provide her details if you would like a reference.

Recently renovated 1928 cottage 2x2, walking distance to the main drag of Victoria Park. Right on the border of East Vic Park. About 10 minutes to the city and a 5 minute walk to Carlisle station. It's also just off of Archer Street which has some great places to eat.

On a quiet cul de sac with big gardens and outdoor living space.

All rooms have air-conditioning and heating.

Kitchen is newly installed with quality appliances and fully stocked with all the utensils you could ever dream of (there's plenty of storage space if you have your own bits and pieces)

Seperate living areas with the dining room and study able to be closed off from the kitchen and lounge.

House is fully furnished but there is room if you have some of your own bits and pieces. No bedroom furniture is included.

Big bedroom, 3.6 x 4m. Current housemate has a queen bed, desk and wardrobe in there.

2 bathrooms, the second had a bath and toilet. Can modify to make more functional to shower in but have shared the other bathroom for the last year with no issues.

I've got an 8 year old staffie named Bella, she's super chill and spends most of her days napping.
