We have a beautiful and very well located house in Butler with a great, spacious and comfortable room for rent with a shared bathroom/shower with another house mate or a space for a couple.
Located 3 minutes from Whoolies, gyms, cafes, bus and train station, making it easy to come and go from work or uni without any hassle. The house is 5/10 minutes away from Jindee beach and 5/7 minutes away from the freeway and only 3min drive to the shopping centre.

The house is fully furnished, with a well equiped kitchen at your disposal, with wifi and all bills included and is professionally cleaned every month so you don’t need to. Happy to install a TV in the rooms too if needed.
