Am Sammie, a fifo worker doing 4x4 swing. I have a 4 bedroom house . I am staying in Room 1, with ensuite toilet/shower and rooms 2-4 are sharing toilet/shower. I’m renting out a room for a clean and tidy lady to share with 2 other ladies. The house is new and modern 5 min drive to Coles, 20-24min drive/uber to Perth Airport. $250 a week with all bills included. Two weeks rents off front and $500 for bonds.
