About the occupants
Hey we are Kadri and Cristobal, an Estonian-Chilean couple. Kadri is busy working FIFO on a casual roster and studying a carpentry course. Cris has a job in the city, but is trying to get into FIFO and complete 88 days for his visa requirements. We have a quiet life style, our place is not a party house. But we like occasionally having guests over for dinner and few drinks and your guests will be welcome too. Our preferred activities are hiking, going to the beach or just chilling at home.
We are looking to share the house with tidy and respectful people, only non-smokers please.

For application, you should be able to provide a copy of your passport, last two payslips and a police check.

Wash dishes after using and bring out rubbish when you see the bin is getting full
Leave outdoor shoes on the rack at the entrance (we have new clean carpet)
Keep quiet after 10 pm on weekdays and any other time your housemates are resting
Let housemates know when you are having guests over
Remember to turn off air conditioning when not in the room.
