• The front room that can be used as a home office if needed.
• Spacious open-plan living and dining area. Large kitchen with ample walk-in pantry space.

• There are wide doorways, hybrid flooring (no carpets), and smooth transitions between rooms.
• The garage has a high ceiling – my car will be parked inside, and there is space for one additional car. Otherwise, driveway parking is available.

Bills and expenses

• This will be an all-female household.
• The rent is $280 per week + 25% water, gas and electricity bills. The security bond is 4 weeks rent.
• No smoking and no pets will be allowed (unless contained- e.g. fish).
• A formal written agreement will be in place for a 6-month term. If either party need to break the agreement, both are required to provide 30 days’ written notice.
• The rooms are available to move in immediately.
