Newly renovated house 15 mins from the city, 5 mins from Vic Park, 2 mins from Carousel shops.
Reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms, internet, whole house just painted with new floorboards coming in all rooms. A TV wall unit is being built into the large empty wall in the lounge room next week, then the computer will be moved into my study. Garage there if you need it as I park on the driveway. All I ask is to please look after everything and clean up after yourself.
You’ll have your own bathroom and toilet directly opposite your room. The carpet is being ripped up and replaced with floorboards so the room is empty but I can buy a bed if you don’t have one. My room with an ensuite and study are at the end of the hallway.
