Has lounge room with several streaming services available, well supplied kitchen, laundry with washer & dryer, covered outdoor entertaining area, storage room and office which can be made into a second lounge or chill area. The house has every thing so no need to bring house stuff if your coming from O/S, Bedroom has bed and storage areas but if you want to bring your own stuff, no issues. I have 2 staffies so you will have to be dog orientated, they are both getting on a bit now and are indoor dogs and are very friendly towards people.

Looking for friendly and considerate people, Had 3 housemates off here in the past and each one was a positive experience. FIFO worker would be ideal, but it's not a deal breaker(rent $250/week for FIFO). Just don't be too intrusive and help keep place to a decent level of cleanliness.
