Hi My name is Kerri, 65 years, working full time, traveling part-time and looking for a new housemate with references.
The new housemate will have 2 Australian contactable references from places you have lived or rented from as these will be checked. There are two rooms to rent. One has a queen bed, wardrobe, aircon, ceiling fans, plenty of storage and shelving, and the other room can be a sitting room, office, gym. Has built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Both rooms are at the front of the house and across the hallway from each other. Share bathroom which has the toilet. Bills are 3 ways as have a rented flat out the back that shares in the bills too. 3 ways with electric and Internet. There is off the road verge parking around the corner or in front of the brick wall. Close to the train to the city, and bus station. Close to Coles Bassendean, Midland Gate and Morley Galleria plus Bayswater Waves and Altone Park. I have a dog who is elderly and will not be willing to share his home with other pets or children. I am in and out all day every day with no regular patterns. I enjoy the gym and swimming, and socialising. Would love someone who is a bit chilled and easy going with a bit of a sense of humor.
