Hi there! I have a quiet house in Ballajura, super close to awesome ammenities and transport. The house was built in 1986 but it is still in a good condition- it's dated but I’m slowly doing things up and adding to things. For now, it is what it is- 4x2 good size block in a safe area. Ballajura is one of the lowest crime rates in Perth which is a big plus.
The house is located on a fairly quiet avenue, has bus access about 50m from the house on the same street (a direct bus to the city not far away) and a really good IGA, Chemist Warehouse, Tavern (with great pub food), Swan Active pool, library and community centre only minutes walk- at the end of the street. Woolworths is also not far from the house and Tonkin Hwy and Hepburn Ave access is only minutes away- which will take you straight to the airport if you are FIFO.
There’s a dining area and lounge-room at the front of the house with a 75 inch TV. And a second living space at the back of the house with another couch and 58inch TV. TVs are connected with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV and Stan (collectively). I have the NBN connected with Optus and the wifi is great in all rooms. The kitchen is medium- large with heaps of bench space if you like cooking, I have two fridges in the kitchen and a walk in cupboard so heaps of space for food. I also have a chest freezer and a third fridge out the back if you need to deep freeze anything.
The backyard is big but I have to get in there and do some gardening- still, a nice place to chill with a drink as it is now. There’s a patio out the back with a BBQ which you are welcome to use anytime :) There's heaps of parking out the front of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house- including three bedrooms towards the back of the house. I have one male renting the middle back room (42, very quiet and awesome) and a couple who work FIFO in the back room of the house. The house is quiet and feels empty a lot of the time. While we are very friendly, everyone likes their space and to keep to themselves. I am really looking for someone or a couple who is quiet and who doesn't mind keeping to themselves. No loud music, parties, or drugs. Smoking outside only.

My name is Nate and I'm looking for an awesome housemate to take a room I have available at the back of the house. I am a single guy and I live in the master bedroom at the front of the house. I'm very quiet and like to keep to myself. I work in Belmont so I am away from the house quite a lot. I have a 7 month old baby who lives with me in the front room. He is quiet and doesn't cry very often and if he does, I am in the front room which is separate from the back rooms. My current housemate has said he has never heard him cry. I also have a dog called Taco who sleeps outside in the garage. He's an excitable boy and loves back rubs.
I already have one housemate who is in one of the three back rooms. He is quiet and works a lot so isn't home that often. He is respectful and keeps clean around the house.
