Approx. 10 minute walk to Woolworths and Aubin Grove train station (20 minute train ride to city), 12 minute drive to Coogee Beach, 5 minutes to Cockburn Central, 12 minute drive to Murdoch University and Fiona Stanley Hospital (or 2 stops on train) and 30 minutes to Perth airport. You would also have your own full size fridge/freezer and TV lounge area.
All bills covered including unlimited wifi. Not suitable for night shift workers sorry. WHV couple preferred.
