Very large room (5.4x3.6m) available in our airy, light filled Mayfield palace which has been decorated with vintage furniture, decore, a vinyl player, and of course lots of plants.
The house is a recently renovated large 1930s Hollywood Spanish mission style property home with plenty of character, close to local pubs, parks and shops. Air con in living area, large garage for storage and internet split monthly.
Looking for a clean, respectful and considerate person who doesn't mind the odd family dinner and drink.
No pets unfortunately.
