Open plan living with great kitchen and large lounge/dining area, huge outdoor patio space. Home never gets overly hot in summer, nor too cold in winter. Fully furnished. Area is quiet with next to zero traffic noise as home is at the back of the complex. Bathroom includes separate bath and shower, with the toilet and wash basin also separate from the main bathroom. The overhead shower has 10/10 dispersion and pressure rating (disclaimer: this is 100% my rating and in no way certified!). Ducted aircon that is honestly rarely needed but when it is, dam is it good! Security fobb access to building. Darby St cafes n bars just down the road and the beach a short walk around the corner
