I’m looking to sublet my room for a short-term stay between 2nd December- 25th February located in wheelers hill.

This is a bright, spacious large ensuite room with your own private bathroom – perfect for someone looking for comfort and convenience.
- Rent is $300 per week. (including all bills and wifi)
- Room available 3rd December (can be available by 30th nov if needed)
Huge windows with lots of natural light and you also get a pretty good sunset view.
It also has good cupboard space if you have lot of clothes and stuff.

The townhouse is shared with 2 friendly and considerate housemates, both are around mid 20s to early 30s. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a comfy lounge, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a chill place where everyone is respectful and easygoing.
Its a 2 min walk away to the shopping centre.
Monash University and the nearest station are also close by
