Hi all!
Looking for a flatmate for my apartment in in West Melbourne, so 15-20min tram ride to Melb uni and a 20min walk to Royal Melb hospital, so perfect for other students such as myself!
Bedroom 2 is available

I do rent, paid weekly, on Monday for week following (flexible depending on your wage)
Parking is $250 a month to the building so must be organised separately

I’m 20 years old and I work part time and study full time so you really won’t see me a tonne, but I’m easy going, bedtime is 10pm lol so won’t keep you up being rowdy. Love a good chat, I do stitching and reading as a hobby but always up for a drink and game of cards.
I have a no dog and cat policy ❌ (I’m sadly allergic)
Cleanliness is a priority for me, must be open for a regular cleaning schedule blasting music together to get the job done.
