Length of stay : AUGUST TO DECEMBER 31, next year contract renewal available!
*Move-in date is negotiable*

Location : WALSH RESIDENCE, 5 minutes walk from Queen Victoria Market and the Flagstaff Gardens, 20 minutes walk to RMIT and Melbourne University

Bond : 1 month bond
Price : $270 aud/week and water, gas and electricity bills already included

Public transport :
- 6-7 minutes walk to tram No. 57, 58 (Free Tram Zone)
- 10 minutes walk to tram No. 30, 35 (Free Tram Zone) and Flagstaff train station
- 3 minutes walk to bus No. 220, 7 minutes walk to Bus No. 216 and 234

Bedroom details :
Furnished room include single bed, bin, study chair, desk with lamp, FAN HEATER and plenty of personal wardrobe space

Apartment details :
- 1 PERSONAL CABINET
- 1 shower and 1 toilet in separate rooms, you'll have to share with another 5 people
- dining table and chairs, couch and coffee table
- fully equipped kitchen complete with electric kettle, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, utensils and pantry space

Housemate : Most people here are international student from multi-cultural backgrounds

Facilities :
- FREE APARTMENT CLEANUP WEEKLY (bin changing, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
