About the occupants
Michael or Mick: Equally capable of a laugh or a deep & meaningful, Mick is friendly, respectful, and able to turn his hand to most tasks or fixings. Something needs fixing? Ask Mick.
Mick has a high standard of kitchen cleanliness as he previously ran a kebab shop. Always the consummate cook he can whip up a tasty delight, but only if the kitchen is left clean. Michael left hospitality and currently works in demolition while dreaming of a food van. He also has a couple of NDIS clients.
When not working, Mick can be found visiting family, playing the odd game of bingo, or barracking for Carlton.
Currently, the upstairs section of the property (which is for rent/share) is unfurnished, as the previous flatmate had most things. But we can always source things from marketplace.

Tracey & Obi [not occupants of main house]:
Tracey: Quiet, respectful health professional in her 40's (Ok, nearly 50!) residing at the back/below in a self-contained unit with separate entrance.
I am also the rental provider formerly “landlord” (but nice!).

I share my space with my beautiful, ageing 10 yo border collie, Obi, who works alongside me at every possible moment. Obi is a mummy’s boy and lives downstairs, he does not venture upstairs and neither do i unless on official rental provider business.

From time to time, you may see my 3 ageing sheep [bit of a theme going here] in the backyard when they are not keeping to themselves in the paddock out the back. The often limp but have been well loved and are regularly checked by the shearer.
I work 3 days onsite and 1 -2 days at home. When not working you can find me painting, planning my next bit of DIY, planting veggies in the raised garden beds, hanging out with Obi, or buying too many things on marketplace.
