Good sized, older apartment with two private rooms available to rent. Large living room/dining room and kitchen - plenty of bench space. Excellent location, tram stop around the corner, walking distance to two train stations. There are supermarkets in several directions ranging from a 5 min walk to 20 min walk. Very close to Prahran markets. I’ve just purchased a fridge, washer, microwave & vacuum but there is currently no lounge/sofa as the one in the photos belonged to my flatmate and she took that with her, so a lounge will need to be purchased.
