Description of the home
House is a new 4 bedroom with open plan living/dinning/kitchen and a front room that's a hang out space as well. We are only looking for one housemate so you won't be competing for the bathroom. Big backyard space but havent finished the landscaping yet.
Property is short walk from and IGA and some other shops. A short drive to Cobblebank Train Station, Coles, Woodgove Shopping Centre. We love the area, it's quiet with lots of parkland around and not a busy street, plenty of on street parking.
