Seeking roommate to join 3 bedroom house in Thomastown (Edgar’s road side of the burb).
House is a 5 min drive from Costco, Bunnings and Epping plaza 🙌🏽 5 min drive/20 min walk from Thomastown train station.
Rent $850 p/m, not including bills.
Bond is one month rent.
Room available effective immediately.
It is currently furnished with a double bed, side tables and a desk. However if you have your own furniture, this can absolutely be removed!
About the house:
Room available is approx 3.2m x 2.9m.
Spare room is currently used as an office but has plentyyyy of extra storage or another desk if needed.
Off street parking 100% available.
Non party house sorrrry, but always keen for a social beer or two 🍻
Very decent sized yard and plenty of space for any green thumbs that like to pop plants around (inside and out of course).

Also tend to work some weekends in hospo, other than that will spend the rest of my time in the garden, at Bunnings or walking housemate numero 2.
Cairo: 🐕 German Shepherd
The spoilt king of the household.
24/7 house alarm and the cuddliest of snuggle buddies.
He is VERY person friendly but not very good with other doggos so unfortunately it’s a one pooch household.
He will follow you around relentlessly so a dog lover is an absolute must (preferably someone used to big dogs)
