Room – $185pw + plus bills ($210 inc bills) - suitable for Single person only.
(Fits Queen mattress but solid base wont fit upstairs - Double/Single fine)
All rent paid monthly in advance and $700 Security Deposit.
Currently 2 occupants, one male + one female in their late 30's/early 40's, both very quiet and a beautiful sweet kitty called Missy ;p.
Female preferred however all applicants will be considered if the right fit.
Safe and secure with locks on the doors, built-in double wardrobe and some storage available.
Currently unfurnished however can arrange a bed and desk if you need.
Looking for someone clean, respectful and positive :)
Located near beautiful parks, with a bus stop close by and a short distance from Manningham village, Bulleen Plaza and Doncaster Shopping town.
***Pets - Not suitable for dogs but all other pets can be discussed as there is already one indoor cat***
