Share with only me. You have the choice of larger master bedroom with ensuite, or smaller bedroom with private use of main bathroom. Happy to discuss costs for additional bills (internet, gas/electricity/water).

Fully furnished and very homely. Open lounge, open but smallish kitchen with all appliances (and then some!).
Floorboards (carpet in bedrooms).
Exercise bike. Keyboard. Acoustic guitar. Cute little courtyard with lounge seat and table/chairs under cover.

I am a quiet person, work part-time from home. I dog sit if I get any offers. I rarely go out so this would suit a person working away from home.
Non-smoker. Like cooking/baking and jazz and watching Netflix. Very low key.
This unit (ground floor) is neat and clean but pretty intimate so would suit another decently quiet person.
I can be social but also like my own time. Watch crap on tv or read in my room or something. Very easy and quiet. Lovely neighbours in this area. Away from the buzz but close to Doncaster shopping town, and 5-min walk to the bus that’ll take you straight to the city.
