I have got 1 spare room available to rent for a single occupant.
Its a modern built house with modern lounge and modern dining table.
The house is fully furnished.
It's a 4 bedroom house.
The house is equipped with all the latest appliances.
5 minute drive to local shopping centre and Tarneit station. 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
Atleast one month notice to be provided before vacating the house.
Strictly no couples as the room is only for 1 occupant. Only fulltime professionals or uni students with part time/ casual work will be preferred.
A copy of your driver's license or passport need to be supplied prior to move in.

Bills and expenses
