We are pleased to offer two generously sized rooms in a newly constructed five-bedroom double-storey residence located in Sunbury. The rooms, situated on the first floor at the far end, feature a walk-in wardrobe. Currently, they are unfurnished; however, we can provide a bed and a study desk with a chair upon request.

The two available rooms are conveniently located near a sizable shared bathroom that includes a shower tub and toilet, which will be exclusively accessible to the tenants.

### Leisure Area

An upstairs common lounge is equipped with a recliner couch and will soon feature a wall-mounted television, expected to be installed in the coming weeks.

### Kitchen Amenities

The kitchen, located on the ground floor, boasts a modern induction cooktop, an oven, a 650L French door refrigerator, and a contemporary microwave. It also includes an extensive benchtop ideal for food preparation.

### Laundry Facilities

For laundry needs, a 6 kg washing machine is available, and clothes can be dried outdoors.

### Living Arrangements

You will be sharing the home with a warm and welcoming family, which includes a delightful 3-year-old toddler. We pride ourselves on being friendly and easygoing.
