Bright and spacious top (first) floor unit. Great location - quiet residential street, across from Alma park and walking distance to Chapel / Carlisle street, shops, fitness first gym, cafes, supermarkets, etc.
10 minute walk to Windsor and Balaclava train stations. Less than 10 minute walk to trams 5, 64, 16 and 78.
20-30 mins to longer walks (Albert Park, St Kilda Beach).
The room is bright, medium size with lots of built in wardrobe space. All you need is your bed. Also room for chest of drawers and bedside lockers, etc.
Rest of the house is currently furnished but also happy to discuss / make arrangements if you want to bring furniture.
Free secure off street and on street parking.

Love all sports, enjoy keeping fit and socialising. Keep pretty low key most of the time during the week but also love a chat at the end of the day.
Enjoy a beer / wine at the weekend and bring social but also like a nice quiet and chilled out weekend after a long week.
I’m very respectful of people space but don’t mind sharing if you like that.
