This refurbished 3-bedroom home has spacious living areas, an open and well-equipped stone-benched kitchen and laundry, a living room and a large dog-proofed backyard.

Max total of 2 occupants (including myself), preference is to keep the 3rd bedroom as a spare room.

One full bathroom has a large shower, toilet and double vanity. And another additional separate toilet.

Off-street parking is available.

The available room is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed and desk and has a self-contained split system air-conditioning and heating unit.

The house styling could do with updating so I'm not attached to any of the stuff here. I am open to a new housemate implementing their own taste.

Happy to share appliances and homeware to keep the space uncluttered and low on waste.

Can offer some garage space as temporary storage.
