I'm looking for someone to take over the second room in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

The building itself has 3 levels of amenities with rooftop, dining area, table tennis, barbecue area, 1 pool, 1 gym, and a cinema.
It's pretty well located with Wollies just around the corner.
Flinders station around 10 to 15 minutes walking and tram 1 around the corner.

Comes fully furnished with everything you'll need. Plenty of light during the day. Cozy during night. No loud neighbors.

I'm a corporate girl who is pretty easy going and works Monday to Friday and studying for professional courses at the same time. I love exploring coffee and brunch places. As an individual, I'm a pretty quiet person who respects boundaries, is considered toward the other tenant and normally like a cozy environment which is peaceful and quiet. Additionally, I am very clean and hygienic and if someone who likes to keep the common spaces clean and tidy.
