A large apt , just a 8 min walk to Flinders station but in a complex with a large inner balcony over looking gardens and pool. You don’t feel at all you’re as close to the city you are!

Complex has a pool, hot tub, bbq area and small gym and I have an elliptical, synthetic grass and my bbq on the balcony.

Short Walking distance to the botanical gardens across the street, the shrine, NGV, arts centre, Albert park, MCG, south Melb market and the CBD! IGA around the corner.

Bills and expenses

$420 a week includes all bills and shared items (and no transport cost to travel to the cbd!) (shared items such as Nespresso pods, hand soap, dish washing tablets and soap, laundry detergent, oil, salt, pepper, spices, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, Etc.- basically anything that would normally be a shared expense but I find it silly and annoying to go back and forth with that stuff).
