Bills and expenses

Rent is $1560 a month, paid in advanced on the 1st of each month. Electricity is paid quarterly (your share would be approx. $50 per month). Internet is paid monthly (your share would be approx. $30 per month). A cleaner is engaged to clean once per month (your share would be approx. $40 per month). There are no water or gas charges. The bond of one month's rent is also to be paid in advance before the move-in date.

I am Mindy, a friendly professional who works in Urban and Regional Planning (I also have a keen interest in fitness and nutrition).

The house is a tranquil, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, enjoyable space yet you are in the centre of the action in South Yarra. There are three other townhouses on the property, the residents are all young professionals and we have a WhatsApp group, which makes the place feel very safe and friendly.

I enjoy catching-up over a cuppa, sharing a meal, watching a TV show or movie with my flatmate weekly or monthly if we're both around.
