Looking for a female housemate for a private cosy fully furnished bedroom with a king single bed, located on seperate side of unit to the other bedroom so privacy is assured and can watch your iPad at night or talk on phone without worrying about noise. Lovely outlook from the window. I lived in this room myself for nearly 2 years and found it cosy and value for money. Wonderful location right near the park and near enough to transport!

A small room with single bed in a lovely ground floor, solid brick unit with no adjoining apartments around us only a unit directly above us, and hardly hear them. A great though small outdoor courtyard space for drying clothes and having a cuppa. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit which is ideal for privacy. Only a 12 minute walk to South Yarra train station and 1 minute to bus, 6 minutes to tram. Right near a lovely large park with a relaxing Central Park feel. Vaping okay outside prefer non smokers.
