You will be living moments away from all the action of South Yarra, with easy accessibility to the Tan, the Yarra River and Church Street Richmond. Trams and trains are at your doorstep, with easy access to Richmond, Prahran (if you don't choose to walk) and the City...and more! You will have your choice of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

Despite all of the facilities on your doorstep, the apartment is positioned within a quiet street so you can have your privacy and peace and quiet as well.

The property is on the first floor of a small low rise of apartments. There are 3 bedrooms in total with a new bathroom renovated within the last 3 years. There is reverse cycle air con and heating in the living room which adequately heats and cools the apartment. There is an internal laundry within the bathroom. There is also a small balcony should you wish to enjoy the view of the street outside or enjoy a morning coffee.

About the occupants
You will be sharing the apartment with two young female professionals in their 20’s and 30’s.

We enjoy exploring the local surroundings and relaxing at home when we get the chance on our own or with friends. The house is a friendly environment but is not a party house, despite being well positioned within South Yarra. We prefer a quiet lifestyle.
Compatible people
We are after someone who is social yet knows how to live in a share house. Someone who is able to enjoy a dinner or glass of wine and chill out with the tv together, but who also has a life outside of the apartment. You will be kind and clean and will be able to understand that this is not a party house yet we do like to enjoy ourselves during our time off.
