The place is a 2-bedroom townhouse. It is an old (30 years), serviced apartment which means two ensuites. The house has recently been repainted and your bathroom has been renovated. The kitchen has electric hot plates, a decent oven and a newish Bosch Dishwasher. There is a European laundry with washer and dryer. The living room is comfortable and is fully furnished.

The best aspect of the house is the location. It is a 3min walk to Toorak Road and 5min walk to Chapel Street. Vogue Shopping Plaza is less than a 10min walk and the same with TOK H Centre.

There are 24 townhouses that look out on a shared carpark and communal space.

If you have a car, you are sorted with a permit that will let you park on the street. Normal score one on the street out the front out else around the corner.

Hi, I’m Chris. I work full-time in the media and advertising industry in sales. I tend to work pretty big hours, often at work early and home late. I work from from home the odd day or half day. A part of my role involves client entertainment, so I am regularly out and about with them. Think long lunches, afternoon drinks and weekend events. Lots of fun but can get tiresome.
Outside of work, I try to keep my fitness up so most days you will find me out for a run, at the gym or heading for swim. As it has got closer to the summer, trying to get out more in the mornings (when I don’t sleep through the 6am alarm).
On the weekends I try and get out and about seeing mates, heading to gigs, the pub or the odd club.
Compatible people
I am looking for someone easy going and no effort to be around. I’m not ridiculously house proud but like to keep things neat, tidy and clean. We have a cleaner come every fortnight so on the off weeks, tend to give the place a quick once over with the vacuum. Ideally, would be great to have a housemate to watch a movie with or head out for the odd drink time to time but don’t need to live out of each other’s pockets. All good if you want to bring friends over too. My preference is that you are working full-time. Prefer it if similar to me, you’re in the office 3-5 days a week
