Welcome home to your brand new, fully furnished, beautiful townhouse.

For those with an immediate short term requirement, we have an optional short / medium / long stay rate.

1) 12 months - $400 per week
2) 6 months- $450 per week
3) 3 months- $500 per week

For couples, please allow for an additional $100 per week.

Utilities including gas and electricity are shared and divided equally amongst all residents. If a couple rent one room, two shares of utilities are applicable.
