Hello Lovely people. We are looking for tenant who can share a room with us in 4 bedroom house. Room is furnished. We are 2 girls and one boy in the house.

House is located in Rockbank. ROCKBANK STATION IS 20 MINUTES WALK OR 3 MINS DRIVE TO ROCKBANK STATION.

Very clean, tidy, spacious space, fully furnished very nice to live in!!!

7minutes drive Burnside shopping market,
10 minutes drive to Woodgrove shopping centre, Aldi, Coles, Chemist warehouse,
10 minutes away to Melton and many Restaurants.
10 minutes drive Caroline Spring Shopping Centre,
10 minutes drive to woodlea shopping centre,
3 minutes drive Rockbank Train Station.

We are Looking for friendly tenant. Who is working full-time or Student (Preferred a Girl)

All basic amenities are available in the house!

Rent is $180 per week. Excluding bills.
Wifi is free.

2 weeks Rent & 2 weeks bond is required.
Bond (Return on moving date) $720 is required to move in the house.
Informed in advance 1 month before moving out!!!
