The rent is $375 per week, and you’ll be sharing with a working professional who works in the CBD and enjoys cooking and relaxing at home.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who shares similar values—another professional, who appreciates a clean, cozy space and enjoys a laid-back atmosphere after a long day. I don’t mind friends and family visiting as long as you’re not bringing the party home.
