Description of the home
Apartment: The hall has been converted to another room, which is up for grabs. The rent includes all Bills. I got a movie theatre setup as well, along with a small library and tons of games. The current housemate is moving back to her country, so I am looking for someone to take her place.
Previously, have had both male and female housemates, but almost always female housemates kept the house tidier compared to the male, so prioritising female housemates.
Transportation: 3 Tram stations (Route 70, 75, 78) and 2 Train stations within walking distance, average 8 mins walk. Takes about 15 mins with tram to reach Flinders.
Groceries and Others: 2 different Coles and Chemist Warehouse plus tons of restaurants within walking distance, average 7 mins walk.
Security: Got several cameras in the building and in the apartment. And there is a Police Station within walking distance.
Parking: 1 Car Park space available at additional cost.

I am big on collecting things and I love TS!!! I got the TBBT, Modern Family, B99 and Suits playing on loop. Being an international student I understand how hard it could be therefore I spend my time helping students and host couple of online events, like English workshops, startup ideation program, certification courses, resume workshops etc. Also I host in-person game nights every now then, would love for you to join.
