I have a sunny, clean, and well-maintained 2-bedroom home available for the next 3 months. The available room is unfurnished but can be furnished on request. The house features a large, open-plan lounge/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, shared bathroom (with separate bathtub and shower) and plenty of natural light, making it the perfect place to relax or entertain. Laundry facilities, spacious grassy backyard, on street parking but a large storage garage (which could also be another living area/studio space).

Located in a fantastic spot in Reservoir, you're just moments away from public transport Ruthven station and Reservoir nearby and a bus at the end of the street, close to cafes, great coffee, Northland and Summerhill shopping mall, Edwardes Lake and beautiful walking trails. Whether you're commuting or enjoying some outdoor time, everything you need is within easy reach.

You'll be sharing the house with me, a 40-year-old Psychology practice manager, and my adorable, cuddly Chihuahua, Leon, who's super friendly and loves making new friends.

I'm looking for a clean, friendly housemate who's happy to have a chat now and then but also respects personal space and privacy. If you're someone who values a relaxed, respectful atmosphere, this could be the perfect place for you!
