Hello! I'm looking for 1 or 2 lovely humans to build a peaceful home with. Ideally I am looking for one person to rent the first floor which includes: two unfurnished bedrooms featuring built in cupboards, two bathrooms and two extra cupboards.

I WFH Mon-Thurs and practice piano in the living room. This home would suit someone who mostly works out of home during the week however I'm flexible with my piano practice schedule and am happy to work around both our needs if you do a few days WFH. (I have a keyboard too).

*$220 tenant transfer which I'm happy to split with you. Tenants were doing a month-to-month lease here with no issues. I'm happy to discuss doing a 12 month lease. (Recent rent increase was only $43).

- I eat mostly vegetarian at the moment but will occasionally cook fish or chicken. I don't have an issue with housemates cooking meat as long as you are hygienic and store the meat in a sealed container in the fridge.
- Recently purchased new modem and setup NBN with Superloop ($67 for the first 6 months).
- Recently purchased a fridge & washing machine.
*Please note I don’t living room furniture atm. I would appreciate working with together in order to create a space we both enjoy living in and can relax in. I'm more than happy to have a chat and find a solution that works for us.
