Private bedroom
- Shared bathroom
It can comfortably fit a double bed but does not have a wardrobe.
Other storage places in the house can be available, but this room would best suit someone without too much stuff.
There is a sliding door into the lounge, that will soon be blocked and soundproofed for noise and privacy.
Home Description
Description of the home
Two bedrooms available in a fab three-bedroom share-house in the scenic metropolis of West Preston, on the border of Reservoir & Coburg. Three suburbs in one!
The house is a classic layout, with wood floorboards & plenty of light in most spaces.
There is a large lounge at the front and a plant-filled conservatory room at the rear, this leads down to a massive backyard and (potential) garden. There is a shed and uncovered car parking.
The kitchen has gas burners and plenty of bench/shelf space.
The location is right on the number 11 Tram line. Around a 7-minute walk to the closest supermarket and a longer (20min) stroll to the glory of the Preston Market.
Yes, you will need to join me on the (newly renewed) lease (one year).
Cats - No sorry (allergies).
Dogs - Lets chat about it.

Im reasonably social but try to keep myself busy, even at home before and after work.
Often, I will be out in the shed making music, in the kitchen making food (if you like to eat that's a bonus) or generally messing around with my projects (plants, making things, tinkering)
I like to make the house look and feel nice, especially the lighting.
I am not particularly noise-sensitive and enjoy a bit of abrasive (or calming) music, radio, and general activity around the house.
In saying that, it's important to respect everyone's schedules and space.
I like to keep the place clean-but-functional.
Open to all sorts.
