Eight seater marble dining table is also perfect for daily use and the occasional dinner party.
The large outdoor area is accessible through full width bifold doors opening on to a partially sheltered deck, adjacent to a sealed yard, bounded by raised garden beds with native foliage. Currently furnished with an L shape sofa, and with a BBQ and potential other enhancements to come.
Room comes with a parking permit for unlimited on-street parking. There is also a third permit available for guests.

Bills and expenses
Electricity is split 60/40, in consideration of my work from home.
Gas, water and internet are split evenly.
Fortnightly cleaner is also split evenly at a cost of $75 per person.

I'm a pretty relaxed character. I enjoy a few beers or wines over the weekend, taking advantage of our beautiful city or just chilling at home.
I love a good movie or TV show, and am a bit of a sci fi geek. You might also catch me getting into some Dating on the Spectrum, MAFS or Below Deck. I keep up to date on current affairs and can usually be drawn into a discussion on politics, economics, technology etc.
I've found it's always good to live with folks who you don't mind actually hanging out with a bit and so I aim to be that person for whoever I live with. e.g. feel free to come home and vent about your day. :)
However, I am very content in my own space just reading a book or chilling out.
I am an outdoor smoker after a few drinks, not more than once a week.
I am seeking someone who committed to maintaining clean and tidy shared spaces and an uplifting vibe in the household.
