Description of the home

PM Apartments on Plummer Street.

It is a two-bedroom two-bathroom one study, apartment on the 7th floor, and the balcony comes with city views. You would have access to your own bedroom and bathroom to be furnished by yourself and a study we would share. You would have your own parking space in the building.

The facilities that are included are the pool, spa, gym, rooftop bar/pool and restaurant, BBQs, fire pit and theatre room.

It is in prime location as it is close to freeways and public transport. It is within close proximity to Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, Service station, Port Melbourne beach and soccer fields / parks etc. The neighbours and staff are all really friendly and respectful.

The rent is $1629 per calander month not including bills.

Please note: this is NOT a party house. It’s a quiet place where we can come home from work and have time to ourselves to recharge and relax.
