I'm a late 20s guy looking for a friendly, house-trained human to come live with me.
A little about me
- I work full time (Mon-Fri, 9-5) for the government (no I'm not a spy! - Promise). I frequently work from home.
- I'm a pretty independent person and do my own thing. I tend to rely on myself when it comes to things like meal prep.
- I'm clean but not pedantic about it.
I consider myself nerdy/creative person. Some of my hobbies include:
-DnD (Dungeons and Dragons)
-Creative Writing
-Drawing
-Gaming
-Voice Acting.
-Long Walks
-Swimming
I do enjoy a good yarn, especially about current events. I'm open and respectful about people having differing views (and enjoy a respectful debate). I'm neurodiverse ('ADHD type') - very functional but with some quirks.
Some general qualities I'm looking for in a housemate
- You can laugh & have a sense of humor. Gallows humor for bonus points.
- You communicate. If you're unhappy with something. You'll raise it. If you plan to have friends over, you'll tell your housemate.
- You're housetrained! Aka - You pull your weight with the chores, you tidy up after yourself, pay bills on time, the basics you know?
- You're not a big partier or drinker (occasional is fine).
- You're respectful and relatively non-judgmental.
- You're tidy, but not TOO tidy.
- Your financial situation is stable & you can afford the place.
- You're happy to socialize with your housemate, but also happy to give them quiet time.
- You are neurodiverse and/or LGBTIQ+ (Or Neurodiverse/LGBTIQ+ friendly)
